Poor Quality and Wrong Brand

I also received a different brand than the one advertised. The warmer feels thin and does not appear very durable. I will be returning.

Just received mine. Have not used yet but I did not received the brand I ordered. Is there a reason why yall sending a different brand that’s advertised?

Got the wrong product!!

I ordered GIVIMO and got COSTWAY!! I might keep it as I don't want to make a trip tp return. There is a huge difference in theri original price and GIMIO had more reviews. This is disappointing Macys!!

Big

Too big would not work in my space - I return it, that’s where the big issue started. The company received the item and I wait a full week before contacting Macys to inquire about my refund. The 3rd party company has not responded. I am waiting for Macys to respond and refund me. BUYER BEWARE

Amazing product

I really loved this item, I have used it twice since I bought it for hosting and it has worked so well. I’ve also gotten so many compliments about my warmer. I do recommend this product!! You can add water on the tray for the heat to distribute evenly and I like that

Wish I had the storage space

I wish I could have kept it, but I could fit it into my kitchen cabinet for storage.
