This retractable mechanical pencil has a thick, triangular tip that outlines brows and fills sparse areas in one fluid motion. The smooth formula glides effortlessly to offer coverage and define, while the soft-bristled end blends edges. Available in 12 shades.

    • HOW TO USE:
    • Begin by exposing only a small amount of product (about 2-3 millimeters); this allows for maximum control of the brow pencil and prevents overextension when applying the product
    • Remember all Anastasia Beverly Hills products are highly pigmented, so little pressure is required
    • Start by defining the eyebrow shape; using the spoolie end of Brow Definer, comb brow hairs upward
    • Then, using the flat edge of the pencil, outline the bottom of the brow from arch to tail
    • Next, comb brow hairs downward and outline the top of the brow from arch to tail using the flat edge
    • Comb brow hairs back in place and fill in the brow from arch to tail using the medium edge of the pencil; blend using the spoolie
    • Using the fine tip of the pencil, detail the front of the brow by creating hairlike strokes; starting at the base of the front of the brow, press the tip down and pull up in the direction of hair's growth
    • Use this technique throughout areas of sparseness; continuously blend throughout application
    • Pro Tips:
    • Use the fine tip to create hairlike strokes by applying light pressure and swiping in the direction of hair's growth
    • For a quick, on-the-go brow makeup application, use the flat side of the pencil to outline the top and the bottom of the brow, shade in the center of the brow and blend
    • Keep Brow Definer sharp by lightly swiping the tip on a piece of paper
    • Start by exposing a small amount of product, then gently run the widest side of the eyebrow pencil in an up-and-down motion on a flat sheet of paper; this will restore its shape and refresh the tip and sides

Great brow pencil!

Great brow pencil that I continue to go back to after trying other brands. I would highly recommend the Anastasia brow pencil - I am blonde and order the Taupe color. It’s not too dark and not too light either, looking natural.

Disappointing - frustrated

I was expecting this product after my trip to Miami, but both pencils I received were completely defective. My local Macy’s couldn’t replace the shade, and even the similar color didn’t work. I had to return everything and buy another brand. It’s very disappointing to receive two faulty items, and losing my $10 in rewards and the 15% promotion is simply not fair.

Long lasting color and the pencil

Great color and ease of use

This is the first time I've purchased an Anastasia brow product and I'll definitely be looking at their other offerings. This product is easily blendable and makes it easy to create a nice brow line. The color is great too!
