Items arrived broken in packaging. There is no way to return or obtain a refund on macys.com. really disappointed

Miffed in Michigan

When the box arrived at the UPS store and I physically lifted the box, I heard the sound of broken glass. I opened the box and the tall measuring glass was shattered. It was not wrapped or shielded by cardboard. Again, I will not order on line again

The two large bowls are chipped, not safe to use. I understand this was a sale item and can't be returned...do I have any recourse?
