item never received horrible customer service

This is the first time I had an issue with a Macy's order and this is a third party seller. I ordered on May 1st, was supposed to received this and two other blouses by May 9th. The shipping was delayed without any future delivery date. It is May 22nd, I have emailed the seller twice with no communication back to cancel this order. The order still says processing delayed. I called the seller the wait was over 15 minutes with no answer and no message to leave. I reached out to Macy's , first time the representative contacted the seller the same way I did . Four days later still no update. Today I called and the representative told me they contacted the seller through another way and to follow up in 5 days. This is just frustrating because such a seller is horrible and to partner with Macy's makes me worried about my future orders online through Macy's. I will now be rethinking my orders online because of this experience. My credit card was charged with no product received.
