Small for a XL size

I bought this last week online, when it arrived I was excited to try but when i tried, not to my expectations, it was tight despite XL size and that is my size for bralette..unfortunately, this need to return.

Runs Small

I ordered a size lager than the size guide suggested. It is so small I couldn’t get it on. Also, no cups at all. Just thin fabric.
