DAMAGE BOX

I received my order with damage box I really disappointed and not happy giving me a damage box I'm collecting barbies for few years now and i like the box is no any damage. But this one got a huge damage and obvious.

Macy’s shipped this collectible item in plastic shipping bag rather than ensure item’s protection by mailing in sturdier box. Item was received in its original packaging which was crushed on both sides at top of box. Very upset
