I use red light regularly and was excited to receive this eye mask. When I opened the package, I noticed there were no light blocking goggles which concerns me because light can damage your eyes. The instructions were fairly clear and I also looked up the product which provided more information on the light wavelengths. The glasses fit well, but the strap was way too long, I wish it was adjustable. I also really disliked the vibration. I would recommend this to someone who doesn’t already have a red light device and wants to work specifically on their eye area.

I really like the lightweight gel feel. It changes color and vibration helps to relax and stimulate your muscles. The different light colors have many benefits and found over a week they helped with some wrinkles and puffiness.
Okay, but not blown away
It's okay, but I'm not blown away. It's comfortable to wear, but I haven't noticed a huge change in my puffiness or dark circles.

Need more time to see a difference.
So, I do t think I’ve had it long enough to truly determine how well it actually works. I did have difficulty getting to stay on my face and it would definitely have benefitted from a strap. It was comfortable to wear and didn’t put pressure on my eyes. The different lights cycles were gentle on my eyes and didn’t induce my migraines. It has decent charging power and I only had to charge about once a week, but I also didn’t over use it either.
