Love this espresso machine!

The coffee taste so great and I'm so happy that I purchase this espresso machine! It's easy to use and the customized setup makes it so special. This model was sold out so I had to wait for a few weeks but it's so worth the wait. Love it!

Don’t buy it

I don’t know why so many people love this coffee machine!!! It is ok, but not really the best! It is really hard to make good coffee with it and you really need to know how to make espresso! I don’t recommend it!

Dual Boiler

I have an espresso machine high end, so the Breville Touch hits the sweet spot because of its start up time. Sometimes in the afternoon I want a cup of coffee and I just press a few buttons and the perfect cup.

Well Designed!

Our beloved 29-year-old espresso machine wasn’t worth saving, and the Breville machines seemed like quality upgrades. We chose the Touch despite having experience so all family members can make drinks without frothing skills. Positives: - Phoned questions to Beville are answered by humans. - The “box within a box” packaging protected the machine from the typical shipper abuse. - The machine arrived in two business days. - The setup instructions in the manual are thorough and understandable. - The setup and operating screens are easy to follow. - The grinder is very good. I have no equipment to test the ground beans, but can verify small adjustments do what is expected. - The automatic foaming works as expected. - Every part of the machine seems well built. The portafilter is solid: nothing sounds stressed when the machine is in operation. Negatives: - Although the automatic foaming is surprisingly good, manual foaming brings perfection. - You still have to dial everything in for a couple of days (that’s to be expected). I have no idea if this machine will last 29 years. I do know the quality of espresso drinks it produces is first rate rivaling any coffee shop (once dialed in). .
