Missing two shams

I called to report my two shams that are missing, I only received the comforter set, I was told there is nothing they can do since the return window already passed. Therefore, I was stuck with just using the comforter set with no shams. Customer service did not try to at least do anything to resolve the problem. Very disappointed.

Cute and cozy!

This comforter set is so cute!! I love the crisp white color and the intricate bows throughout the comforter and pillowcases, it's giving cottage core! It's a perfect fit for my queen bed, and it's SOOO comfortable! It feels like sleeping wrapped up in a cloud..soft, fluffy and luxurious. It's made really well, so it should last me quite a while! Adorable!!
