HS Backpack with wheeled

I saw this backpack with wheeled from the tour group we traveled last week, that’s what I need to avoid pulling over my shoulder to hurt my back. Can’t wait to use it soon

Sewing Malfunction Cause Thread Malfunction

I purchased 3 (2 black, 1 blue) High Sierra Pro Wheeled Backpacks since 02/2024 to 01/2026. The 1st black backpack didn't fair so well. The middle pocket tore because the fabric stitching cane out. Therefore, kept the blue as my spare and ordered another black one. I completely forgot about the 5 year warranty until the recent purchase. Overall, the wheels, handles, zippers and fabric are sturdy. There's lots of storage space

This was a gift and the person I gave it to loved the roominess, quality of bag. She liked the rollers and the fact it could be used like a back pack. Oh…she really liked the color.

Poor Quality

I bought this backpack for my granddaughter for school this year in September and it’s only 3 months later and it’s torn in a few spots. I’m very disappointed in the poor quality and I believe you should replace it
