Angry customer!!!!

This is my 1st time buying from Macy's online and it have been the worst experience ever package been delayed so many times that I actually got this review before the package which still haven't arrived yet!!! Suppose to be here Thursday of this week hopefully!!!! Never ordering from here again!

Stylish mid ranged sized purse.

This is a cute lighter weight, middle sized tote which is sturdy and does not collapse (keeps its form). Relaxed style for everyday use. I like that it has a middle zipper closed section with 2 open topped outer sections that close with a twist fastener and other with a compression button. My only less favorable thing is that the cross body straps attaches at points diagonal from each other (behind the hand strap) instead of from the sides of the tote . This is probably done to protect the style. There are no feet on the bag so I protected with fabric protecting spray to prevent wear/staining.
