Falta de itens comprados

Paguei por um cartão de presente e duas embalagem para presente e não as recebi. É um presente para minha esposa e queria dar o presente completo, a bolsa e a carteira dentro da embalagem de presente Linda que paguei mas infelizmente não recebi a embalagem e nem o cartão de presente. Se poderem né enviar antes do dia 07/03/2026 eu ficaria muito contente. A bolsa e a carteira é de ótima qualidade.
