Love my new sofa and chair
Beautiful and comfy sofa and chair. No break-in period needed for this sofa and chair. Great quality leather in a lovely soft grey. Sits and naps perfectly. I opted to get the warranty. I recommend this sofa and/or chair. Made well, strong construction.
Color was off
I ordered the feather grey. When it arrived, it looked light beige :( . I called Macys but no help.

Great delivery service and amazing, soft leather couches. They are deep cushions and great grey color! So happy with the love seat and sofa.

Elegant looking but too hard
It looks very elegant, but it’s too hard ! not too comfortable for a family with little ones.
Cobbie couch set.
When we were shopping for couches, we sat on the cobbie couch set and were impressed by how soft and comfortable it felt. Based on that experience, we decided to purchase one. However, when the couch arrived, it was completely different from the showroom model. It felt extremely firm—almost like sitting on a brick. We contacted customer service right away and were told that the cushions would soften over time with regular use. We followed their advice and gave it a chance, but now, nearly six months later, the couch is still just as hard and uncomfortable as the day it arrived. We’re very disappointed with this purchase. The couch we received does not match the comfort level of the one we tested in the store, and it leaves us wondering whether there was a bait-and-switch between the showroom model and the product that was delivered.
