DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR SAME DAY

and certainly do not call expecting help! I ordered first thing in the morning and paid the $15 plus tip for DoorDash to deliver the item. 3 hours later still nothing. I called and they said there was a 4:30 pick up time set by DoorDash. Why? DoorDash said it was set by Macys. Again, Why? Neither place can tell me why, neither place will accept any responsibility or take any steps to fix it. So you are just stuck with a random time set on the delivery and it is just sitting at the desk paid for and ready to go for hours. TERRIBLE/useless customer service! At least the man at Macys spoke to me! The lady at DoorDash simply said "nothing I can do" and hung up.
