Worth the investment!

I bought this about two weeks ago and am pleased with it. It browns the toast and English muffins evenly and browns the entire piece, not leaving the top untoasted. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take up much counter space.

lever doesn't stay down to toast

I've had this toaster a little over a year and the lever will not stay down when I try to toast my bread. I have to hold the lever down to get it to work. I've tried using all the choices and still doesn't work. i bought one for my daugter and hers seems to be working fine. I just got a bad one.
