Not Cooling

Purchased for the cooling factor. It is not cooling. Each night it seems to get hotter. If someone does not care about cooling, then it it is fine.

Delivery awful

Ordered 2 twin size and 1 is clearly thinner than other. Delivery was awful from company and Macys did nothing to correct but suggest to order again. Only good thing was color matched picture and it was a memory foam. Macys should look more into the compan that sell on their site.

Serenity 2 Mamiry Mattress Topper

I bought this to increase the depth of my mattress. New sheets are made for deeoer matresses, an don't fit my mattress well. I also have another thin mattress topper over this. The comfort while sleeping is much better

Did Not Receive Product Twice

Unfortunately, I never received this item. I ordered it twice. The first time, within hours of the shipment label being created, the shipment was voided. After contacting customer service, they understandably couldn't do anything until a certain timeframe elapsed. However, since it was clear it was not going to be shipped, the representative scheduled a refund to go in the date the appropriate time elapsed. In good faith, I ordered the same product again and the same exact thing happened - shipping label created and voided within a few hours! I haven't contacted customer service for the second refund yet, but will have to do so again. Note that my shipping information is correct because other items from the order were delivered successfully. If you need this product for something time-sensitive (like I did), perhaps consider another one.
