Worked great for an asymmetrical dress! I have a very large bust and was worried about a strapless dress all night and dancing. this bra was able to convert so i had a strap across the inside of the dress. I will say it was hard to get into that way, I had to have someone else fasten the back and with both straps it makes a funny line across the top of the bust so I think it would work best as a strapless or one strap bra.
