Amazing!
This thing is amazing! It’s fast, not so much noise and 100% better than the previous robot vac I had before. I am so happy we got this and in love with its features and how easy it is to work once all is set up and the map is done for the house. So smart to know where the carpet is verse the tiles so it can vac then mop in the right places. Highly recommended!

Really Happy with my eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E25
I had 2x Roborocks for a couple of years and they were so so, but their after sale service is disgraceful, I am really happy with eufy so far. I have it almost for 3 months, and it's a wonderful device.

The Eufy Omni E25 is a powerful, mostly hands-off robot vacuum/mop combo built for people who want their floors to stay clean without doing much work. Its suction is strong, the dual-roller mop uses real fresh water, and the base station handles the annoying stuff — emptying the dustbin, washing and drying the mop, and managing water tanks. On hard floors and in homes with pets, it does great day-to-day cleaning and picks up hair without constant brush clogs. It isn’t perfect, though. While the suction looks impressive on paper, it’s not the best for deep carpets or cleaning grout lines. The mop can leave streaks sometimes, and real-world navigation can feel clumsy — bumping into furniture or missing edges. A few users also mention occasional base-station water issues. And the price is on the higher side compared to some equally smart competitors. If you want effortless daily upkeep and mostly hard floors, the E25 is a strong buy. If you want deep cleaning or flawless navigation, you may want to look at other premium models or keep a traditional vacuum around.

The best robot vacuum to exist!
This robot vacuum is life changing! It even mops the floors as well. The suction is phenomenal. It picks up everything from hair, crumbs, dust etc. I love that this robot vacuum can be used on carpet and hardwood floors. It also has AI powered obstacle avoidance which is a huge plus. I love that the corner rover arm extends to clean edges and corners. The battery life is 180 minutes which is great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
This robot vac/mop is on another level!!! The app is so easy to use, you can have it scan your house and mark zones or areas you want to clean. So many customization options it’s great. One thing i had not seen before is the self clean mode. It will clean AND dry the mop to eliminate smells! Seriously the only thing you have to do it start it. It has a section to dump the trash but i’ve run it about 10 times and still haven’t had to empty it out. It also has a separate cleaner that you add behind the water and mixes on its own. For a busy family this has been so helpful!

SO WORTH IT!!
I am SO IMPRESSED with the Eufy Robot Vacuum!! I am a bit obsessed with it, honestly. I spend so much time vacuuming and mopping my floors with so many fur babies running rampant. This has SERIOUSLY increased the amount of time I can now spend loving on and caring for those fur babies! I'm thrilled with this product. It was SO EASY to set up too! So impressed. Could not say enough great things about it! Though I understand why it's necessary, the camera's do freak me out.

Great overall, but not perfect around furniture
I've been very happy with the Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E25 overall. The mapping was quick and accurate, it's much quieter than my previous robot vacuum, and the self-emptying and mop maintenance make it very low maintenance. It cleans consistently and has made keeping the house tidy much easier. The main reason I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is that it sometimes misses small areas around the edges of furniture and in tighter spaces. It does a great job on open floors, but you'll occasionally notice a bit of debris left behind close to table legs or other obstacles. Overall, it's a reliable robot vacuum with excellent features and performance. If Eufy can improve its edge cleaning and navigation around furniture, it would easily be a 5-star product.
