Doorbell overheats all the time

I specifically asked before i bought this doorbell about it being in the sun before i purchased it and they said it wouldn't be a problem. As soon as it hits 80 degrees outside and the sun hits it. The doorbell overheats. Keep in mind my placement is away from the sun up untill 6pm at night. When the sun goes down, until that time it's fully shaded all day. I asked the questions before i bought the doorbell because where i live it get all over 100 degrees outside during the summertime. I will add photos for proof if it allows me to with my review, that being said i have had multiple brands of video doorbells and none of them overheated.

good addition to my home

Very happy with the doorbell, although, for some reason not compatible with the existing door bell charm in my house, we added on the chime. It works very well.

Better than ring be a long shot

This has everything you need including recording without the prescription. Tired of always needing to repeat pay for service and this is perfect and expandable as well.
