Change Driven By Greed? Tarnished Kiehls Brand Rep

Used this for years ago. I noticed on first time with this purchase more liquid was needed to cleanse. It also doesn't foam/sud as much as it used to. It was amazing that I noticed this right away after not using it for a long while. I will most likely try a competing product before buying again. I feel this using more is manipulative and greed driven to use more product. This feeling turns me off to the Kiehls brand overall ---> change driven by greed is not a good look for a loyal customer.
