Other occasion to buy:Would recommend because of the quality, but only if mint or the toffee flavors are what they want.

Variety isn't available with Frango.

I love Frango, but I'm so disappointed that Macy's in Roseville has such a skimpy selection, only 2 flavors available in the 16 Oz size. I want only so much mint.

Other occasion to buy:Frango mints are delicious, but only order online in cool months.

Melted chocolates

Frango mints are delicious, and we have been buying them for years. However, I would not recommend ordering them online in the warm months. I believe Macys should have a warning on the web page indicating there would not be special packaging or shipping during the summer. They were packed in an ordinary box with no insulation, and took several days to arrive. They were melted and spoiled, and we had to throw them out. Very disappointing!

Poor condition upon opening

Arrived and all the chocolates were melted into a single large brick. Package appeared to have been subjected to prolonged high temperatures while upside down, so a lot of chocolate no longer inside the individual wrappers. Peeling paper wrappers away from chocolate block wastes about half of the product. Definitely not worth the high cost for this product.

Other occasion to buy:They were a birthday present for my 102 yr old aunt. To eat them she had to put them in the refrigerator to harden them and then break them apart. She even ended up eating some of the wrappers.

MELTDOWN

They were totally melted. You would think that in June that you would have them delivered in a cold package or from a store nearby.
