Not so great

I bought this for my dad on Father’s Day. One of the three boxes was completely melted. They didn’t want to tell me when I asked, didn’t want to hurt my feelings, so when I visited them, they showed me than the first one was ruined and the other two had some melted chocolates in them. Not well packed for this time of year.

Other occasion to buy:I would definitely recommend these mints, but you need to make sure you don’t order them during the hot months.

So disappointed

I bought this because I used to live in Chicago and loved Frango mints. I am sure that the mints would have been good, but they were inedible because they were all melted to the box and papers put on top and underneath them. I picked them up shortly after delivery and put them right into the refrigerator, but apparently they had melted in the truck before delivery. Very disappointed. I had planned on giving one box as a gift and that didn’t happen.
