It was supposed to have a colors as pictured but only one shade is in the container it’s not any good with out both shades

Waited for so Long to be delivered but did not arrived. Usps says it was delivered but there is nothing on the mailbox nor nor our door

Outstanding quality product and case

Excellent case and nice variety of colors that are not too warm (my preference) clever to have a folding double sided brush. Easy open case with secure closure. Product stays on all day. I will look to buy more from this brand.

Never received!

I patiently waited for this item. The tracking info said it would ship in 3-4 days. It never arrived. No notice given by Macy’s p, but now the tracking says it was delivered February 25th. Not true! I contacted the seller and received no response. Shame on them and Macy’s.

I have emailed the Seller 2 weeks ago and they never responded. This order is way overdue. I need some information. The Macys website says it is "Not Available" now. Please advise on this order. This is not acceptable.
