We purchased this sofa last August . It looks really nice, we were thinking to buy a 70’ sofa (love seat) as well. Good that we didn’t. First of all it’s uncomfortable, and just about in 3 months after we bought it, the sofa started to “show” all spiky fathers from inside. It became double “uncomfortable”, so “poky” we started to avoid to sit on it. We met in Macy’s a sales person, who became very concerned with our story and took action. On April 5 she sent to our home a furniture expert from Macy’s side, he inspected our sofa , he said that we have to expect all those fathers out (for this overpriced sofa!!!) and promised to get back to us with “their” decision on how to fix this situation. So today is May 12 we still did not hear from Macys. Thanks God we did not buy a 70” Bernhardt Gabi sofa as well !
Beautiful
This is a beautiful sofa. Very sturdy, high quality fabric, very comfortable. The delivery experience was top notch.
Clean looking comfortable couch
Comfortable sofa. Looks very nice. Had a very hard time finding the size I was looking for. This one fit. Oddly, it retains heat while you sit on it. I’ve had it 5 months and I like it. Don’t love it. Believe cushions may tilt slightly towards the center of the couch. I flip them and rotate and overall am happy with the sofa.

A used Sofa
After 2 weeks it had appeared that the sofa was used. All the wear and tear must have been streamed out to make it appear new.

Gaby sofa
The sofa is severely lacking quality. Delivery experience was bad, guys dropped the couch, damaged the brand new wooden floors by making a hole. The main problem is that out of two couches that I ordered one of them is a completely wrong one, the customer service is unreachable. Macys is not a good place for shopping the furniture anymore.
