BROKEN GIFT

Bought these a couple months ago for gifts, gave one this weekend, and when she opened, the lid was shattered! It made no noise of broken glass, as it was wrapped in tissue. Notified Macys, of incident, and advised the box showed NO DAMAGE at all. Even though the time to return item had expired, they credited my account for the loss! Thank you Macys, it was the right thing to do, and I appreciate it.
