Wrong item Late delivery

It's been 7 days since my original order I have not received my packages(has been 6 business days) and the other order was wrong. Instead of sending me the correct item on that one you're offering a $5 credit for something I don't want. I'm about to request a refund on entire order if not credited for delayed delivery
