Tough not so little iron

A quilters dream of an iron, if only it didn’t shut off. When piecing I’m constantly up and down from sewing machine to iron “PRESSING” every seam. Quilters do not iron. You pick it up, you put it down. This iron has a nice evenly distributed weight for this. And so far it has not spit water all over my quilt tops! And you can’t beat the price.

Iron stopped working at 4-year mark

The iron turns on but the heating element does not work. 10-year warranty, but only made it 4 years with only occasion use.

Cord so long & retractable

The cord is soooo long, retractable as well…great! The cord is also a major problem when ironing as it comes out of the right rear topside of iron and continually grabs your clothing item and bunches it up so you need to re-iron your clothing! Engineering was not thought out completely with product design. I do not recommend buying. Had a real nice Rowenta iron for several years that stopped working.

Now that Macy’s doesn’t carry irons in store. It’s caused me to receive a used product. I took it back to the store.
