Just set up new coffeemaker and it was easy to brew carafe and single cup. Time set up was quick and simple as well. The water tank on the Single cup side is great.

Flex brew pod side .

7 months after purchase the pod side is not brewing correctly , and if it does brew it does not heat the water !!

Flexbrew Trio

Works very well. I like the option to use the reusable single filter on the Keurig style side. If you use fine espresso grounds it will need the needle cleaned more often. No big deal

Repeat Purchase

Today’s purchase was for the same model machine as my prior purchase two years ago. I must admit that the new version of the same model is sub par, the water reservoir for the single serve pod is much smaller causing more frequent refills and the buttons are matte with no font color on them making the buttons extremely difficult to read without a flashlight compared to the previous version with silver buttons and black writing. I’m underwhelmed compared to my last coffee maker of the same model purchased just two years ago.

Pod side

Hi, I like the the coffee maker. However, the pod side is not working properly after having the maker just 1 yr. Its not brewing the coffee the way it should. It's a bummer for me because I specifically purchased it for the pod side.
