Twice the Price

Price has more than doubled since 2025. The screws started falling out of my chair, purchased in 2020.

totally annoyed!!

This is the second time that I wasted my day waiting for the chair to be delivered.They were originally coming at 330-530 and the only reason I knew the time was because I called Macys. Noone called me to confirm delivery time. Then I am sitting here waiting and no-one shows so I called Macys again and they said the time changed 530-730, I have an appointment and cannot wait till 730, so annoyed!!!!!!!!!!

Chair arrived in a big box. Gentlemen we courteous, but once inside the door they would not open and take chair out of BIG box. Also, no warranty information or cleaning instructions provided with chair.

fabulous recliner

I've had my harrison leather pushback recliner, for over four years. It is extremely comfortable, but I will say it does take up a lot of room. This chair became a lifesaver after I had to have a lobectomy for cancer surgery and was unable to get in and out of bed. I literally recovered and slept in this chair for over four months, until I could get in and out of the bed painlessly. It was delivered in a timely fashion and came totally assembled. After reading some of the reviews, I figured I should give my input because the chair has just been fantastic! The one minor drawback because I had to use the chair for so long, was the wooden armrests. After recovering, the armrest are no longer an issue!

Harrison Leather Recliner

Comfortable and operates well. Very poor finish job on all the wood surfaces. Very uneven application of the stain. Un-sanded rough surfaces on vertical wood slat sides and surrounding areas. Looks like it sat outdoors bleaching parts of the wood. Who’s in charge of quality control? You can do better. Three and a half stars.

Terrific chair

I bought this chair years and years ago and have pretty much lived in it ever since. It’s super comfortable. I even slept in it for a week following shoulder surgery. I’m dinging it one star just because it’s so massive and awkward to move through halls and doorways. A caveat if you buy it (or any leather chair, probably): Over time, your hair will leave an oil stain on the upper back cushion. Be SURE to clean it occasionally with a leather conditioner or degreaser.

Amazing

We have had these chairs for 3+ years. Only thing that happened was a screw fell off and my daughter got under it and screwed it back in. The chairs are comfortable and we sit in them everyday. I’m thinking I’ll buy 2 more for our cabin. Very well built! Highly recommend.

Nice but . . .

Impressive, comfortable, sturdy, very nearly perfect. After only one day of sitting in it the seat leather has already stretched. It isn't pretty. BTW, I weigh 130 pounds, so I don't think it's totally my fault. I expected better for the price. Maybe I'll get a sheepskin to toss on it when company comes.
