Dresser Arrived damaged

Unfortunately, this chest of drawers was delivered damaged, with a crack on the side panel. I purchased this for my son who was moving to a new city. As he has started a new job and is now working 80 hours a week, we have no way to get the item replaced. Very disappointed in Macy’s lack of quality. I have been shopping there for over 50 years but no longer trust them to deliver a quality product

Quality Furniture

Chest is a beautiful piece of furniture, well built. Constructed of mahogany woods and solids. The drawers operates smoothly and have a small catch which closes in the last half inch.This a heavy piece of furniture and is definitely a legacy product, very well-made!

BEAUTIFUL PIECE

Ordered dark brown. Quality is superb, craftsmanship is excellent, compliments my recently purchased Pottery Barn Hudson bed. White Glove delivery is the ONLY way to have furniture delivered. Team was caring, fun, and exceptional. Very pleased with the overall purchase.

I'm so glad I bought the Hedworth Chest. It's a beautiful dresser, high quality, and a good purchase that will last years. Wait for the price to drop, then get the white glove delivery - it will be assembled for you ,and you can also inspect it before they bring it inside.

Excellent Furniture

Took a while to get this dresser but it was worth the wait! Solid construction and quality and Macy's had the best price of anyplace online. Very happy with this purchase.
