Forgot about their customers no new updates

I’ve had my device for over two years now don’t give me wrong. I love it but at this point, I’m disappointed for the price I spent. I got the bigger one and with all their other competitors they drop new updates all the time in the last two years, not one update on this device very upsetting for the amount of money. These are. It’s like they made a whole bunch of money off their product and forgot about everybody they obviously do not care about their customers.

Favorite purchase in a long time

Ive bought a lot of devices to entertain and with the eight or nine different things this is by far the most talked about by guests. Everyone that comes over is intrigued by it. By the way ive had it for over two years now and I still personally love it myself. My new kittens just broke the glass top by knocking a heavy metal hole saw on top of it. However it’s amazing how many times over it should have already been broken but did not. Would buy again without hesitation if had to. Highly recommend buying stand along with it if you don’t already have a place for it or as I did make a stand myself for it. Really increases the presence of it with stand.

UPDATE YOUR APP HOMEDICS!!!!

Don't get me wrong this table is great, however, their app is horrible, and there has not been a fix or update to it in a long time. I can’t figure out why home medics seems to have abandoned their drift table an app completely. If you go on an App Store either through android or Apple, you will see LOTS of complaints from other customers/users about it in the App Store, which makes me think that the five star reviews here are false. I would say think twice before purchasing this table until they update their app and fix all the app issues and problems..

No new designs… ever

Works great a year after purchase, running around 60 hours per week. But holy crap I’m bored with the patterns, and they don’t make new ones… ever. They also have no mechanism to make one’s own designs or download them from a content creator. Lagging WAY behind the competition. Recommend you look elsewhere this Christmas, and until Homedics catches-up.

Don't buy. App is trash. Read app reviews.

Cool idea. Great product. App is complete trash and your table will be only worth default mode. Look @ app reviews before buying.
