SO wrinkled upon receipt and too large

The comforter is actually too big for a queen bed (I bought queen size). It came so horribly wrinkled that I had to spend hours ironing it out as well as the shams that came with it. Once ironed out it looks really nice. But as I said, oddly too big.

Exactly what I was looking for!

This 680 Thread Count Duvet Cover by Hotel Collection is exactly what I was looking for. It feels great! Very "satin'y" to the touch.

Capable, helpful salespe makes all the difference

I want to credit your salesperson Marco with helping me find everything I needed, and assuring me I was getting the best quality. I was really confused trying to find the bedding items I needed, and was about to give up and head to another store. Then one of your employees directed me to Marco, who was EXCEPTIONAL in terms of his knowledge, kindness and resourcefulness in helping me track down five different items I needed. I easily spent $500, and am so satisfied with every item Marco helped me find—but that sale would not have happened without his expertise and help. He is a big reason I will come back to Macy’s.

Soft fabric, zipper quality declined

The fabric is soft and breathes. This was a replacement for our old set. The zipper quality have declined. The zippers bend and the teeth separate so they don't close properly. Make certain to close the zippers when washing them. While the fabric isn't as soft as the 1000 thread count version, it does breathe better so it doesn't get so hot under the duvet which would be a consideration warm climates such as Florida.

Pima cotton duvet

Construction and Fabric is as fine as expected, but the overall size is much too large for a full size bed. Also, (l do not understand how two fabric laces inside corners can be attached to blanket.).
