Hotel collection side sleeper

Unfortunately too hard. The last Hotel Collection for side sleeper was excellent. But the firmness is too much on this one. Seems they don’t make side sleeper pillows in medium anymore. Will have to return 😢

This pillow is WAY TOO fluffy. I haven't used it and would like to return it. Is that possible? I would exchange it for another brand

I bought this a month ago and the pillow has lost its shape and is the filling has clumped up. Very disappointed especially that is is a Hotel Collection.

While visiting a friend

I was visiting a friend and I loved her pillow that was on her guest bed. I slept so good on it and I have a plate and 6 screws in my neck. I took a picture of the label and the only place that sold them was Macy's. So I ordered 2. I will probably order more for the my guest rooms.
