Wrong Towels Sent

Unfortunately the wrong towels were sent to me, The UPC of the towels they sent was off by the last two numbers of the Hotel Collection towels I had ordered. The towels were not the right color, either, so I returned them to my local Macy's in Colonie. Note for those who process the orders, be sure to check the TOTAL UPC number.!

Quality Not As Expected

These are thin...design is just on one side. Sure to become rough stiff, rough and not useable. Purchased better quality in WalMart... Macy's has gone down hill..Will not shop as often any longer... Returns are confusing too...
