THEY SENT ME A NEW HAND BAG WHICH WAS NOT THE HAND BAG I ORDERED. THE HAND BAG I ORDERED IS STILL SITTING AT THE MOTEL IN DAYTONA BEACH FL. NOW YOU TELL ME AFTER 7 DAYS OF SPEAKING TO SEVERAL PEOPLE, WRONG HAND BAG IS STILL HERE, AND THE CORRECT HAND BAG IS STILL IN DAYTONA BEACH. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AND WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE CORRECTED????????
