Portability is fantastic.
Work great and sound great. The JBL Tune 235BT are easy to use and easy to carry around. Can leave them around your neck without loosing them. Battery life is solid. Sound quality is very good with nice bass.

Nice entry level headset
As always, they have great JBL sound quality! Bass is clear and highs are crisp! They connect easily to multiple devices! Batter is good for majority of work day and reliability is typical JBL......amazing! 2 drawbacks though.....magnetic earpiece and volume...... almost lost these a cpl times at work and the gym when trying to hook them together...... wish the volume would be a little louder to block everything out! Overall, very satisfied and would recommend!

Good all around buds for daily use
This is an interesting product. They are generally comfortable and evenly weighted when both buds are in and the two oval modules on the wire are resting over your shoulders. I did not have the same experience if I had to take one bud out for any reason so it’s a 2 buds in experience only IMO. Bluetooth connection worked as expected. JBL typically does a good job here and this is no different. There is no idle mode as far as I can tell so if you don’t specifically turn them off they do stay connected forever which caused some confusion for me when I was trying to use my laptops built in speakers a few times but not a big deal. Sound quality is good. I recommend using the JBL app and updating the EQ as it makes a big difference for this pair. If your having sound issues try that first as I found it quite effective when switching to podcasts to have a flat EQ. Easy to use app pairing. Active use - I ran with them once and found them a little unstable. You won’t lose them because of the around the neck design, but I had to make frequent adjustments and had a bud fall out once or twice. The buds are a bit bigger than what I would usually use so that may be a factor for me as well. I typically use mid to small tips and I would rank these on the larger side. Microphone is ok. It has more to do with positioning than microphone quality. As it shifts around on my shoulder sometimes I got complaints on Zoom calls. I took dozens of meetings and had complaints on only a few. Amazing battery life. They last forever. I couldn’t tell you how long. I have been using for almost 4 weeks and only charged once. Overall decent product for what they are.

Good sound quality and battery life wasted on a pr
I am a huge fan of JBL, and have exclusively used their Bluetooth products for almost a decade now. Being as loyal a customer as I am - I am not afraid to say when something falls short. Sadly, this product severely underwhelmed me. This product does not come with attachments for the in-ear headphones to assist with fitting issues. I couldn’t go more than 3 minutes without one of the earphones falling out of my ear. This problem was exacerbated by head movement of any kind, which defeats the purpose of being active with these headphones, which seems to be the whole purpose of them in the first place. It was so bad, that I convinced myself it must be a problem with how I was wearing them. However, consulting the manual they came with, as well as looking at promotional images, showed me that I was wearing them as intended. I have never had issues like this in the past, and I believe that is because in-ear headphones I have received from JBL almost always came with the size attachments to ensure a snug fit. I have no clue why those were not included in this product. Positives - the sound quality is good, as is expected with JBL products. Also, the charging speed was great, and the battery life completely serviceable. I simply do not think I would ever use these above my current JBL in-ear headphones.

Great earphones piece from JBL-QUALITY
Very nice earphones set,Very detail sound. The quality built it looks very good, I enjoy using it every day it seems very durability and it sounds with good bass and I like the controls.

Solid but buds a little too big
Works well only issue are the buds are slightly to large for my ear so they fall out while walking on treadmill and while gardening.

Hard to wear
The sound is great. Keeping them around my neck is almost impossible. These need a grippy material over the neck to minimize sliding or a hard plastic half ring. The headset moves too much for an active person.
