Flimsy screw

Unfortunately the corkscrew bent and became unusable the third time we used it. It comes with a spare which suggests to me that this is not that uncommon. The returns process was free and straightforward. Until it broke, the mechanism was slick and easy to use.

This a great product. It’s the third one I’ve owned. The two previously eventually disintegrated while I was opening a bottle. This might simply be a design fault. Fingers crossed this time.
