Returned used dress with stains in armpit area!

What a disappointment. Waited a week to receive this dress and once it was ready for pick up in store, I go to the fitting room to try it on and it immediately disgusted to find stains on both sides of the armpits. It seemed as if they attempted to clean it off, but failed to also clean the inside lining on the armpit area. Returned it right there. Huge disappointment as it was for a funeral, so now I have nothing. Macy’s seems to be getting worse.

POOR SERVICE

I had to buy a dress to bury two family members. Macy's guaranteed a delivery date then failed to deliver the dress by seven days. Their customer service resolution was to buy a second dress and return the first one. Don't worry.... it will take 7-10 days to get your refund in the meantime have fun shopping last minute for a dress to bury TWO family members. Will NEVER shop here again.

It has never arrived. It is 5 days past delivery at this point. Keeps getting shipped to different states. I really wish I could tell you how it fits, I can't get it to show up. On hold for hours to try to talk with a person about it. ;(
