Disappointing experience

I purchased a backpack that was a beige color and they sent me an orange Michael Kors purse instead. When I called the customer service line they mentioned that this was shipped to me because the item I had purchased was no longer available. Now I have to return the bag that I did not originally had purchased. I was able to have customer service honor the same price for a different color backpack but when it arrived today the bag still had the security lock on it which I have to take to the store to remove. I have never had such a disappointing experience with Macys before and it’s really disappointing as a customer.
