Towels seem ok but your charging system needs a lot of work. I keep seeing pending charges almost every day! I’m concerned that I nag be charged more than 1x for the same item. Was also charged for an item in backorder! Really!

Poor quality

Terrible shedding even after several washes. The cost to return was outrageous so I donated to an animal shelter.

Lasts for years! Great quality!

I have owned many of these towels for years. The quality is superb and they last forever. I get them monogrammed so everyone in the family knows which one is theirs! Love the colors, too!

So soft bath sheet!!!

Soon as this bath sheet arrived, it was washed & dried & then used. I was so very looking forward to it & I wasn’t disappointed! This is a thirsty towel & is oh so soft:) Only downside is I thought they came with a loop for hanging cuz I really need that. This means I will need to leave a tag on & I dislike tags :/ All in all though it’s an excellent towel!!

Beautiful towels with monogram. The color I chose was a light pink color. It looked a little darker in the picture. They are paler in person, but still very pretty.

Very poor quality!

I purchased 2 sets of 6 towels. “ premium “. I washed and dried before using. They are pilling and shedding something terrible. Now I have to pack them up and pay to return. I will never buy anything from Lands End again.

Luxurious, soft, the colors beautiful.

This towel set is more than beautiful. They look so pretty hanging in my bathroom. They are luxurious, well-made, and wash up really nicely. I also bought their bedding. In this day and age of cheap things, you can't go wrong with Lands End, ever.

Colors do not match

I purchased 3 towel sets and one set is a lot lighter than the other two after washing once. I splurged on these towels to refresh and upgrade my guest bathroom but now they look like old faded towels right out of the wash. Very disappointed!!! If no solution is provided by the company, this will be my last purchase.
