Runs Small

NIce shorts but this size 14 runs smaler than other designer's size 14.

Not flattering at all!

I was so excited to find these shorts in so many colors and ordered four pair. They were right length, but they are too high-waisted and create an unappealing silhouette. I thought the fabric content would provide a little flexibility, but I was wrong. I expected a more tailored short to use as my summer go-to and instead, I have four pair of brand-new shorts that don't fit my body - they gap at the waist and are too tight on my backside - they are so weird! Since I already washed them, I will be donating these to a worthy organization. Don't buy!

Fit well

I bought 3 pairs. They did not list what the inseam was. I love the fit but were longer than expected. That’s why I gave only 4 stars b

the fabric is very hard and uncomfortable

I purchased a couple of weeks ago. I should have sent them back. The fabric is brutally hard. I washed them thinking the fabric softener would help. It did not. Very uncomfortable.

Awful fabric

Extremely disappointed. Fabric is stiff as cardboard, even after washing. Big mistake to buy these.

Shallow Pockets

The shorts are nice looking. Fabric is stiff and they appear well made, but based on other reviews I sized up to get a proper fit. Even with the upsize, the rise is lower than expected. The most disappointing feature of these shorts is the shallow pockets. Most Lands' End pants I've purchased in the past had nice deep pockets that opened at the top, but even side-opening pockets were deep enough to keep items from falling out. On first wearing of these shorts, my phone fell out of one pocket and a lip balm fell out of the other pocket when I sat down. These are side-mounted pockets and just not deep enough to hold items securely.
