Quality control poor

Purchased these mugs when they were on sale to use for spring. Have several other Lenox mugs and love them. Although these are pretty the bottoms are not flat and wobble. Unacceptable! Tried contacting Lenox customer service with no help. They state only Macys can handle a return. Unfortunately we are beyond the return window. Obviously poor quality control or made in a different factory for Macys

Lovely & Lightweight

We bought these to replace our heavy mugs. They are made of lightweight porcelain and are easy on our arthritic hands. Very pretty too!

Not a Butterfly motif

Gorgeous but no butterflies. Except for one located on one mug that looks more like a moth? Just letting you know if you’re looking for butterflies on a mug set.
