wrong item received

I purchased 6 Lenox Laurel Leaf 19" x 19" Napkin and instead received 2 packs of 4 each washcloth. The items are not even closely related! Now I have to spend my time and resources to return these items to Macy’s store. I am disappointed by this inconvenience.

Just received a table cloth in suspect original packaging that was not only the wrong size but came with a yellow stain and a defect in the fabric.
