Broken items - no refund opportunity

2 of the 6 champagne flutes were broken when we opened the package. Unfortunately they were a gift to someone so it made it really awkward to handle the situation. Because I already gifted them, I didn’t want to ungift them to return the items for a refund (they were bought to use in a bridal suite on a wedding day) so the bride just used the 4 unbroken flutes and now I have no way to get a refund for the broken items. 2 of the bridesmaids didn’t get any champagne because of the broken glasses so it really dampened the mood of the wedding day. I was really disappointed and embarrassed. I wish they hadn’t been broken.

Glasses are beautiful, shatter resistant

Order/pick-up date changed from same-day to next-day but for this particular purchase, it wasn't a problem but could have been. Glasses are beautiful and shatter resistance (presumably when toasting - haha).and dishwasher safe. Disappointed they were not made un USA.
