Broken

Purchased online and went to pick them up at the store. Half of them were broken. They were wrapped in thin tissue paper. I bought them for a wedding gift and was very disappointed. Colleen was very kind and walked me up to the glassware department to check the stock. Unfortunately there were none in stock. I will not order anything fragile from Macy’s again!

Poor packaging for very fragile items

2 of the 6 martini glasses were broken in the original box. Each were wrapped in only a single sheet of tissue paper. Macy’s should know better!! Ordered as a gift; I’m nowhere near a Macy’s store and no time to wait for a replacement. Epic fail….

Not what I had hoped for

These glasses are not as durable as they were described to be. After the first wash in the dishwasher, we noted some small chips on the edges of one of the glasses. I do not consider these to be break resistant or dishwasher safe. They look and feel fragile too.

Beautiful glasses, horrible packaging

These martini glasses look amazing, no doubt about it. What isn't too neat is how they are packaged inside the Lenox box. Macy's wrapped my order in lots of bubble wrap and placed it in a large box, but the glasses within the Lenox box are just wrapped in tissue paper, so one of the glasses was cracked at the stem. Thankfully individual replacement glasses are easy to find online, since I'm not trying my luck a second time.
