Perfect summer foundation

Hello, I purchased a Chanel tint from Macy’s on May 5, 2026. Unfortunately, when I received the item, it was damaged/broken. I have only recently had the opportunity to inspect it carefully and noticed the damage. I would like to know if it is possible to receive a replacement, refund, or any other assistance regarding this issue. I can provide photos of the damaged item and my order information if needed. DO NOT CARE FOR AT ALL

I like the old formula of their water based makeup. This does not blend well and sits on top of your skin. After over 30 years of using Chanel I will be checking other brands. CHANEL ULTRA LE TEINT VELVET was my favorite and the one before that. Too bad they had to change it. :(
