"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the leather quality of the lexanna 3piece plus 1 piece that I bought. Despite being advertised as 'high-quality leather,' the material has started to crack, flake, and peel in multiple places after only after 10 months of light, normal use. If you contacted the company, include this detail] When I contacted customer service about this issue, they refunded partial amount which is not even 10% of the price. This is particularly frustrating as I was led to believe this would be a lasting investment. Definitely not worth the price. Also if you want to buy matching ottoman or individual corner pieces, they are not available any where. Definitely not recommend this product.

Beautiful leather recliner however, after 5 months this is what it look like. The leather is sagging and you can feel the base of the recliner. We purchased this recliner in October 2024. Do not purchase the recliner!!! The sofa is perfect.

Purchased 9 months ago. We had another wonderful Macy’s leather sofa and expected this new sofa would be as good or better. Unfortunately expectations and reality are not the same. The battery life on this sofa is poor. We could go months without recharging our prior sofa and can’t go a month with this one. The brown leather is peeling. Our last Macys purchased sofa was 8 years old and never peeled. The electronic panel on the side of seat digs into you if you’re sitting on the edge of seat or laying down across seats. The head rests that are manually adjusted don’t have many angle options, so you’re stuck with a completely upright headrest or lowered, nothing in between. You can feel and hear the structure of the sofa when you sit down. We thought this sofa was great when we tried in store but it has been a complete disappointment. It is much heavier than any sofa I’ve had making it very challenging to move for cleaning underneath. We have a Nevio sofa which is much more comfortable.

Got this piece on clearance as it was missing 2 motors for the recliners. I purchased replacement motors,works great.

lack of customer service
Very poor quality and the customer service was even worse. I tried to get them to correct the incorrect delivery of one of the three pieces of the reclining sofa, but customer service brushed off my efforts.
