Great sound and call quality, but a bad fit.
The Good: The sound is fantastic and so are the features. Especially, when you consider these are open headphones, the sound stage, loudness, balance and background music feature are pretty mind-blowing. I won't pretend this is as good as the XM series or even the Pixel Buds pro, but the use-case and class is different. These have to be the best sounding headphones in the open class in this price range. the Bad: They just don't fit right. Might be my ears, but you really need different size fitting ears. The earbuds fall out when I eat, or speak for too long. What's worse is that there is no warning given the design of the fitting ears - you don't feel they have dislodged before they simply fall out. SONY, please, please release different fitting ears for this model!

Not great
Sound is not great mediocre at best and they hurt my ears. Very uncomfortable. Wish I had went with another brand or maybe a different style. My Jabra’s we a lot better

Great linkbuds are perfect for everyday use
Love these open earbuds.. They fit the office life so well and generally I have them both in and can hear both worlds... I love how I can tap my cheek or talk to pause. I've always dislike tapping the actual headphones on over the ear .. Honesty can feel like iron man talking to Jarvis au times

Better sound quality
I own the previous model, and I've noticed that the battery life has diminished after about a year and a half. I've always preferred open-ear earphones over in-ear ones. The overall sound quality of this new model is improved, and I hope it is durable.

Don't work
I bought these maybe a year ago. I only used them at the gym. I haven't gotten much time out of them and now for some reason I can't get them to pair. They don't even show up. I have literally tried everything. I don't know what to do? I know Sony has always been a go to for me so this makes me really sad that they aren't working. Please help!

Useless - fall out all the time.
I bought these Sony WF-L910 open ear buds after seeing a review in the Telegraph of headphones for sleeping in. Unfortunately they are useless. Only one size of flexible silicone ear tip (that keeps it in place in the ear) is supplied, meaning that they fall out immediately. The previous model WF-L900 included 4 different sizes - we all have different size ears obviously - and Sony have inexplicably not done the same with the newer model. I am pretty shocked as I expected could design from Sony, and this suggests a real lack of thought.

Can barely hear
I got these for vacation and the flight. They fit fine, but they do not play loud enough to hear on a plane or loud enough to barely hear without any interfering noise.

Because these earbuds have an "open-ring" design, they are actually made to let outside world noise in so you can stay aware of your surroundings. However, to help get the best sound possible in loud places, we recommend trying a couple of things: -Try using a different size for the fitting supporters (the little wings) that came in the box. A snugger fit can help direct the sound straight into your ear. -Inside the Sony | Sound Connect app, look for the Equalizer settings. You can manually boost the clear bass and higher frequencies to help the sound cut through background noise. Thank you for considering Sony products.
