Best Recovery Equipment

Best gift ever

Beautiful product but no instructions
This set is well made and beautiful. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. But there were no instructions with the product, no information sheet, nor any vendor contact information either. This is a huge omission.

Item arrived dangerously damaged
One of the tools arrived rough, distressed and raised. Glad I noticed it before I attempted to placed to my skin. It definitely would have punctured my skin and possibly leave splinters. Very dangerous for an item to arrive this way. It’s the item you put your hand thru to hold.
