Lack of Box and People to Assist at Macy's

I absolutely love Michael Aram products, they make beautiful, meaningful gifts for special occasions. Unfortunately, shopping for them at Macy's can be a frustrating experience. The associates I was finally able to find were incredibly helpful, and did everything they could to assist me. They went out of their way to search for the correct box and I appreciated their efforts. My concerns are not with the employees but with the way this department is managed. Macy's really needs to schedule more associates in this area so customers don't have to walk throughout the store just to find someone who can help. In addition, the Michael Aram section could be much better organized. The product boxes are scattered in different locations, making them very difficult and time-consuming to find. I originally wanted to purchase another Michael Aram piece as a gift, but after waiting so long for assistance and dealing with the difficulty of locating the proper box, I decided to buy it from another department store instead. Michael Aram is a luxury brand, and the shopping experience should reflect that. Better organization and adequate staffing would make a tremendous difference and would likely prevent customers from taking their business elsewhere.
